I've worked with a number of realtors in the past, but Alexis truly went above and beyond. She impressed me with her knowledge of the local market. She was honest with me when evaluating at least a dozen different properties, and was patient with me knowing that this was my first home purchase. As we were looking at various properties, she would give me her opinion in terms of whether the selling price was reasonable, or if the property was asking above/below the true market value. When she saw a deal on a home she knew I wanted, she nudged me in the right direction and helped me purchase my first home. Even after submitting my offer, she took me to visit five or six more homes that I thought might be comparable, just to put my mind at ease. Mrs. Kim was very attentive and was very practical in her advice. At the same time, I didn't feel like she was being pushy, trying to get me to purchase something just for her benefit. In addition, there was no lag during the whole process. She and her associates were ready with all the paperwork and documents before I could even get my information prepared for her - made the whole process very efficient.
